A) Appointment Confirmation Email & Text

When you book an appointment, you will receive an email confirmation of your booking. You will then receive a reminder email 24 hours prior to the appointment. On the day of your appointment, you will receive a further reminder by text.

 

Please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times in order to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments and a possible cancellation fee. We operate a waiting list for clients and failure to attend an appointment could mean someone else missing out.

 

The treatment address can not be changed after the booking, or on arrival at the property. Should you want to change your appointment please cancel, then re-book.

 

Your practitioner will arrive 15 minutes before the treatment and will text you when outside. This will allow enough time for the pre-treatment procedure, following Covid-19 guidelines. If you are unavailable at the arrival time, your practitioner will wait for a maximum of 30 minutes. After this, the appointment will be designated a "no-show" and will be cancelled without refund.

In the unlikely event your plans change and you wish to cancel your booking, the appointment cancellation policy is as follows:

  • Should you make a mistake in the booking, you may submit your booking to housespawellbeing@gmail.com with your name, date & time.

  • You may cancel without any charge up to 24 hours before your treatment to get 100% refund.

  • To qualify you must contact customer service by email at housespawellbeing@gmail.com

D) How to Raise a Complaint

House Spa is here to help you. If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our services, we want to hear from you. To ensure that your complaint is dealt with in a timely manner, please send an email describing your concerns to: housespawellbeing@gmail.com.

E) Hours of Business

11:00 to 21:00 daily, except Tuesdays (closed)

F) Consultation Advice

In order for your practitioner to carry out the safest and most beneficial treatment for you, it is necessary to ask you some preliminary questions. Please read carefully the consultation form and answer all questions.  Your practitioner will go through the consultation form with you before the treatment starts.
