Bernadine, was very friendly, helpful and informative of what she would be doing. Once started she worked out years of lactic acid that had built up in all the nooks and crannies and after she left i slep for hours surounded by my dogs. Will be booking in again now i have found a professional friendly service who will come to my own home. Many thanks for my little sister's birthday gift and introduction to Bernadine.

Bernadine provided me the best massage after a long flight ever! What's great about Bernadine is that she applies a blend of the human body science that she actually studied along with the perfect human touch. She applied the right pressure points in the exact right places relieving me from some knots I never knew I had. Then she proceeded to apply hot stones onto my back and in between my toes. She also worked with me on my breathing exercises increasing my oxygen intake throughout the session. I left her 90-minute session having that brand-new feeling in me and was refreshed to face a new business week. Thank you Bernadine for a job well done. I would like to say thank you to Bernadine from House Spa .1 have been suffering from Anxiety and the loss of my father over the pandemic and feeling a bit lost not seeing my family for 3 years ..my heart rate and blood pressure was off the scale and this lovely lady has calmed me down with her special talking and massage theropy .she has relieved all my stress and tention and mentally physically I feel so much better ,if anyone out there is feeling low and needs some theropy I recommend this lovely lady .it's the best thing I've done for myself in years and she will talk to you on the phone and listen

Bernadine is such a fantastic therapist. She was extremely attentive and tailored the treatment to exactly what my body needed. Her knowledge of muscles, posture and the lymphatic system was much appreciated as she advised me extensively on how to alleviate daily pain and improve posture. She was chatty and made me feel at ease, taking my concerns seriously and working them out for me. I will certainly be booking her again!
